Cancellation & Refund Policy

Up to December 2024 15% will be deducted from the amount collected as registration fee
Up to March 2025 25% will be deducted from the amount collected as registration fee.
Accommodation fee is Non-Refundable since we have booked the Hotel at Coimbatore and Ooty.
